You
have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to request
full refund or exchange. No questions asked - no restocking
fee. The books must not have been torn and must be returned
in the same conditions it was shipped by us, in the
box with all accompanied papers.
Shipping charges are not refundable. All returns should
be shipped to GossamerBooks.com prior to refund by insured
carrier. Buyer is responsible for books if not insured.
Please refer to our RMA Policy in the Warranty section
of the site for return instructions and authorization.
On certain special orders the 30-day return or exchange
does not apply. You will be notified at the time of
ordering. Refunds will be issued after received and
inspected by us. If you are purchasing these items as
a gift during the holiday season please indicate these
facts at the time of purchase so we can discuss an extended
return period.
For Exchanges
Return the book with box and all papers. Write down
the exact story or make a web page printout of the book
you want.
For Refunds
Please include photocopy or the original credit card
sales slip, box and all papers.
RMA policy applies for Exchanges and Refunds.
All Returned Merchandise items must be accompanied with
a valid RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number
issued by our Customer Service Department. This RMA
number is required for both exchanges and refunds. All
items arriving at GOSSAMER BOOKS without a valid RMA
number are automatically refused.
After obtaining the RMA number, you will need to send
the package to Gossamer Books, shipping prepaid and
insured. Please make sure to mark your package clearly
with the valid RMA number to insure acceptance. No package
will be accepted if it is shipped "COD", "Freight
Collect", or "Third Party Billing". Please
include a brief description of the reason for the return,
even if you have previously described the problem when
requesting the RMA Number.
